To view the result summaries, you must first open a result.

Prerequisites

  1. Open a result file.

Procedure

  1. From the application menu bar, select View > Summaries.
  2. Select the Configuration tab.
  3. On the right side of the Configuration page, select the Processing WF tab.
  4. The parameters are shown in the Configuration for Protein Scorer area.
  5. For information on the Result Summaries, see Using the Result Summaries.

  7. To apply any changes to the settings of the Sequest protein-scoring configuration parameters, select Apply.
  8. When the message box opens, select OK.

  9. NOTE

    Select to return to the default values.
