To activate your Proteome Discoverer 3.1 license, you need to know the product ID and the activation code. You can obtain these from the email that Thermo MS Licensing sends you within one week of ordering the software. The email has the following subject line: Your Order Is Ready.

Prerequisites

  1. Open the License Manager

Procedure

  1. From the License Manager page, select Activate.
  2. The License Activation dialog box opens to the Activation Code view.
  4. In the License Activation dialog box, enter the following:
  5. Your company name
  6. Your full name
  7. Your contact email address
  8. The product ID for the Proteome Discoverer application.
  9. The activation code. You can enter or paste the activation code.
