A study is a container for your data files and the analyses performed with those data files. The study is also where you structure and annotate your data with meta information, such as the biological conditions (for example, disease versus control), analysis time points, biological replicate number, and so on.

If the quantification method is not yet available in the application, see Create a quantification method.

After you have selected a Quantification Method, options appear in the Select Control Channel pane.

Fractions are single samples represented in multiple raw data files. For more information, see Fractions and fractionated samples.
