You can export each page of the results file as a text file. That is, the application exports each page of the result file (for example, Protein Groups or Proteins) in a separate file.
Additionally, you can filter page results exporting only those items that are selected or not selected. You also can use R-Friendly headers in the exported file.
The default name of the exported file includes the destination file name, the type of the exported item, and a .txt extension. For example, the default file name for the exported Proteins page is study name_Proteins.txt
.
Unless you filter the exported content, the application exports all data columns in the result file, whether a particular column is displayed or not. When the application exports data distribution maps, it places the notation “n/a” in the exported file if a level is not available; for example, because the application did not find a protein in a sample.
To use the export command, you must include the Results Exporter node in the Consensus workflow used to create the result file.
Result Statistics: The statistics for all columns containing numerical values on the Protein Groups, Proteins, Peptide Groups, PSMs, and MS/MS Spectrum Info pages. The export file suffix is _ResultStatistics.txt.
