The Spectrum Normalizer node normalizes the intensities of a spectrum so that the largest peak has an arbitrary intensity of 100. This node is useful when you combine two or more scans through the Spectrum Grouper node, and one of the original spectra has a very different amplitude than the other. For example, if you are trying to group ITMS and FTMS scans, use the Spectrum Normalizer node to average the intensity of these very different data types.
This node has no parameters.
