The following tables describe the parameters on the pages of the Customize dialog box.

Toolbars page

The following table describes the parameters on the Toolbars page.

Parameters on the Toolbars page of the Customize dialog box
Parameter	Description
Toolbars	Lists the toolbars on the interface and determines whether they are visible in the main toolbar.
New	Opens the New Toolbar dialog box to add a new toolbar.
Rename	Opens the Rename Toolbar dialog box to assign the toolbar a new name.
Delete	Deletes the selected toolbar from the Toolbars page of the Customize dialog box.
Reset	Returns the toolbar settings to their defaults.
Keyboard	Opens the Customize Keyboard dialog box to assign a shortcut key to a command. For a description of the parameters in this dialog box, see Customize keyboard dialog box parameters.
Close	Closes the Toolbars page.

Commands page

The following table describes the parameters on the Commands page.

Parameter	Description
Categories	Lists the type of commands that appear in the Commands box of the Commands page.
All Commands	Lists all commands.
Unassigned	Lists all the commands that are not assigned to a toolbar.
Commands	Lists the commands selected in the Categories box of the Commands page.
Selected Command	Contains a command that opens the Help topic for a selected command.
Description	Opens the Help topic for the selected command.
Modify Selection	Has no functionality in this release.
Keyboard	Opens the Customize Keyboard dialog box to assign a shortcut key to a command.
Close	Closes the dialog box.

Options page

The following table describes the parameters on the Options page.

Parameter	Description
Always Show Full Menus	Initially displays all the commands in a menu when you select it.
Show Full Menus After a Short Delay	Initially displays only the most recently used commands in a menu when you select it.
Reset My Usage Data	Restores the default set of visible commands to the menus and toolbars.
Large Icons on Menus	Increases the size of the icons in the menus.
Large Icons on Toolbars	Increases the size of the icons in the toolbars.
Show ScreenTips on Toolbars	Determines whether ToolTips that explain the function of a toolbar icon appear when you point to the icon.
Show Shortcut Keys in ScreenTips	Determines whether shortcut keys are displayed in the ToolTips that appear when you select the Show ScreenTips option in the toolbars.
Menu Animations	Determines how the menus deploy when you select the menu names. Random: Selects the Unfold, Slide, or Fade option at random. Unfold: Expands menus from the left side of the menu name to the right to fully display them. Slide: Slides menus down from the menu name to fully display them. Fade: Gradually infuses menus with color to fully display them. None (Default): Instantly displays the full menus.
Keyboard	Opens the Customize Keyboard dialog box to assign keyboard shortcuts to commands.
Close	Closes the Customize dialog box.
