Procedure

  1. Choose Administration > Show Job Queue, or click the Show Job Queue, .
  2. The job queue opens on the Administration page of the application.
  4. To expand and view the details of the search, click the expand icon (+) to the left of the search name.
  5. The job queue uses different colors to indicate the type of workflow job and its execution state:
  6. Lighter green: Indicates successfully completed consensus workflows.
  7. Darker green: Indicates successfully completed processing workflows.
  8. Red: Indicates failed jobs.
  9. Dark gray: Indicates canceled jobs.
  10. Gray: Indicates informational messages and workflow processing that is in progress.
  11. Yellow: Indicates warning messages.
  12. Red: Indicates error messages.
  13. The job queue also uses colors to differentiate the messages that it issues during processing:
  14. Red: Error messages
  15. Yellow: Warning messages
  16. Gray: All other messages
