The status bar is located at the bottom of the main window. It displays the following statistics about the loaded report.
No. | Description | No. | Description |
---|---|---|---|
1 | Number of protein groups/total number of protein groups | 6 | Number of input files |
2 | Number of filtered proteins/number fo loaded proteins | 7 | Number of specialized traces |
3 | Number of peptide groups | 8 | Number of consensus features |
4 | Number of PSMs | 9 | Number of result statistics |
5 | Number of precursor ions fragmented in the part of the spectrum specified by the Spectrum Selector node |
NOTE
Depending on what nodes are in the workflow, the status bar will display one data point per table.
- The number of protein groups compared to the total number of protein groups. The difference is the number of protein groups that the application removed to comply with the selection of the Apply Strict Maximum Parsimony Principle option on the Results Filters page. For more information, see Understanding protein grouping.
- The number of filtered proteins compared to the number of loaded proteins.
- The number of filtered peptides compared to the number of loaded peptides. The number of peptides in the status bar is always the number of distinct sequences. For more information on the peptides in the status bar, see PSMs identified by multiple workflow nodes.
- The number of filtered PSMs compared to the number of loaded PSMs.
- The number of filtered search inputs compared to the number of loaded search inputs.
