The Display Settings node stores a filter set (.filterSet file) in the result file. You can create this filter set in an open results report. When you open this report, the application displays the filter set in the Display Filter pane and automatically applies it to the results in the report.

The default filter set for this node displays only the master proteins on the Proteins page by default.

You can overwrite the display filter after you change it in the Display Filter pane panel by selecting File > Save. This command causes the current layout and filter set to be saved in the .pdResultView file. When you reopen this file, the application takes the filter set from the .pdResultView file and displays it.
