The PSM Grouper node groups peptide spectrum matches (PSMs) in result files into peptide groups. It groups them by PSMs that share the same sequence.
This node also determines how the application displays peptide modifications on the Peptide Groups page of the result file. For more information, see The Peptide Groups page.
In a workflow, you must connect the PSM Grouper node to the MSF Files node and to the Peptide Validator node.
