The following table describes the parameters on the Quantification page.

Quantification page parameters
Parameter	Description
Consensus Step page (Consensus Step Quantification)	Displays information about the quantification consensus workflow.
Result Name	Displays the name of the .pdResult file.
Result File	Displays the path and name of the .pdResult file.
Description	Displays a brief description of the search. This information comes from the Description field of the Workflow Editor.
Workflow Based on Template	Displays the name of the consensus workflow template used, if any.
Creation Date	Displays the date that the search was performed.
Created with Discoverer Version	Displays the version of the application that generated the results file.
Processing Node number	Displays the parameter settings of the Precursor Ions Quantifier or the Reporter Ions Quantifier node in the consensus workflow.
Processing Step page (Processing Step Quantification)	Displays information about the quantification processing workflow.
Result Name	Displays the name of the .pdResult file.
Result File	Displays the path and name of the .pdResult file.

Processing Node	Displays the settings of the quantification nodes.
Derived Values page (Derived Quantification Values)	Displays correction factors applied to the raw quantification values.
Minimum Quan Values	Displays the settings of the Apply Quan Value Corrections parameter of the Reporter Ions Quantifier node.
Correction for Experimental Bias	Displays the settings of the Normalization Mode parameter of the Precursor Ions Quantifier node or the Reporter Ions Quantifier node.
Reported Ratios page (Ratio and Ratio Groups)	Displays the quantification ratio groups generated and the ratios grouped together, along with their associated files.
