The Result Summaries give you a quick overview of the samples in the files that you processed, the variables associated with the samples, the quantification methods used, the ratio groups that were generated, and the ratios from files that were grouped together.
Procedure
- In an open result file, select View > Summaries or select Show Summaries
.
The Result Summaries pane opens on the right side of the Proteome Discoverer window. This pane includes the Samples & Files page, the Analysis Settings page, the Validation page, the Configuration page, and, if the report includes quantification results, the Quantification page. In addition, each page includes vertical tabs that subdivide the content into topics. For example, the Samples & Files page has tabs for Factors, Quantification Methods, Samples, and Files to Samples.
