The ProteinCard page links to resources that contain information about the respective protein.

Procedure

  1. Do one of the following:
  2. Double-click a grid cell on the Proteins page of the result file.
  3. Select a cell, and then select View > Protein Details.
  4. In the Protein Identification Details view, select the ProteinCard tab.
  5. The Proteome Discoverer application accesses the Annotation Server.
  7. Select the link to the database you want to open.
  8. Each link opens in a default browser.
  9. Select OK to close the Protein Identification Details view.
