Procedure
- Select the Proteins or Peptide Groups tab in the result file.
- Select the row of the protein or peptide group that interests you.
- Choose View > Quan Channel Values, or select Quan Channel Values
. - The following figure shows the grouped and ungrouped abundances on the Proteins page of the result file for label-free quantification.

The x axis of the chart shows the quantification channels, and the y axis shows the scaled abundance or summed S/N values, depending on whether you chose scaling in the Precursor Ions Quantifier node.
Task | Procedure |
