You can use the application’s display filters to refine the results in the result file.

Procedure

  1. Open a result file, and select on the tab of the page that you want to view.
  2. Select View > Display Filter, or select the Display Filter icon.
  3. The dockable Display Filter pane opens at the top of the results file.
  4. Set the first condition as follows:
  5. Select Add Property, and then select a property from the menu.
  6. Select the operator (red) box, and then select an operator for the condition from the menu.
  7. For numerical values, the default operator is Is Equal To. For textual values, the default operator is Contains.
  8. In the values box, enter a value.
  9. (Optional) To add another filter, select Add Property.
  10. Another level of filtering appears above the original level, and a new Add Property box appears under the original.

  11. NOTE

    Multiple conditions are arranged as siblings of an And box, which means that both conditions must apply to display a particular item. Change this box to Or if only one of the conditions applies.
