Use the Display Filters pane to select the display filters that you want to use to filter your results. These filters let you filter your results by various criteria, including charge state, modifications, and peptide and protein ratio.
NOTE
The filters in the Display Filter pane work similarly to a GUI-based Boolean search, where the application of display filters does not affect calculations performed by workflows.
The left pane of the filter area lists the names of the tables in the result file. These names correspond to the names of the pages in the opened results report, such as Protein Groups, Proteins, PSMs, Peptide Groups, Quan Spectra, and so on.
As you navigate through different pages in the result file, the application highlights the corresponding table.
An operator box and a values box appear to the right of the element, and the Apply button is highlighted.
