You can open a result file (results report) through the application menu bar, toolbar, Start Page, the Analysis Results page of a study, or the job queue. You can also open it from Windows Explorer.

Through the job queue and the Analysis Results page, you can also open the results of a failed workflow. This feature is useful in viewing the results that were generated up to the point where a lengthy consensus step failed somewhere at the end of processing. Attempting to load a file that is severely damaged or that does not have the minimum administrative data stored results in an error.

The Start Page and the File menu list up to 20 of the most recently opened files. If you opened and closed a report, the application automatically adds the result file to this list of recently opened files. The most recently opened or closed report appears first in the list.

TIP

You can pin result file to keep it on the list. For instructions, see Retain study names or result file names on the Start Page.

You can have two or more result reports open, but only one page is active at a time.
