The following table lists the parameters that you can use to configure the IMP-ptmRS node.

IMP-ptmRS node configuration parameters

Parameter

Definition

Random Seed

Specifies the seed value that defines the starting point for the random number generator in the IMP-ptmRS node.

To limit the influence of the isoform order during peak depth optimization, you can randomly shuffle the order.

  • A positive seed value defines the seed as a deterministic process with shuffling.
  • A value of –1 chooses the seed randomly.
  • A value of –2 performs no shuffling.

Range: –1–no maximum; default: –2

Maximum Search Engine Rank

Specifies the highest search engine rank of a peptide to be considered for site localization.

Range: 1–no maximum; default: 5

Minimum Main Score

Specifies the minimal main score of a peptide to be considered for site localization.

Range: 9–no maximum; default: 0

Maximum Number of Threads

Specifies the maximum number of threads used for scoring.

Range: 0–no maximum; default: 0

Modification Configuration

Determines whether the IMP-ptmRS node performs additional modification configurations on items such as diagnostic ions, neutral losses, targets, or fragment ion types.
