The following table describes the options and columns in the Spectrum Libraries view.

Adds a spectrum library to the application (using the Spectrum Library Import dialog box). Note: This action is for libraries that are on a local or network drive—not for libraries downloaded by using the Download button. | |
Downloads a library from those the application lists. | |
Exports a spectrum library. | |
Deletes a spectrum library. | |
Field Chooser | Opens the Field Chooser dialog box, where you can select the columns to display in the view. |

Changes | Displays an X when changes are applied to the original library. |
Name | The name of the spectrum library. |
Version | The version of the spectrum library. |
Organism | The organism name. |
Activation Type | Displays the activation type if the application can determine it from meta data. |
Collision Energy (min) | When this parameter is a value other than 0, it displays the minimum collision energy that was used when the spectra were acquired. |
Collision Energy (max) | When this parameter is a value other than 0, it displays the maximum collision energy that was used when the spectra were acquired. |
Fragment Match Tolerance | The tolerance used to annotate fragment ions in the spectrum library. Maximum value: 2 Da or 2,000 ppm. |
# Spectra | The number of spectra found in the spectrum library during processing. |
Status | The status of the library. The different statuses are as follows:

Size on Disk [MB] | Displays the current size of the spectrum library. |
Last Modified | The date when the spectrum library was last modified or created. |
Comment | Optional field for user notes. |
