The following table describes the parameters in the FASTA Indexes view on the Administration page.

| Opens the FASTA Index Creator dialog box, where you can add a FASTA index. |
| Removes the selected FASTA index and places it in the Deleted FASTA Indexes table in the FASTA Indexes view. |
| Applies the change that you made to the Auto Remove checkbox. If you clear the checkbox, the application does not automatically remove the available FASTA indexes from memory after the number of indexes reaches the specified maximum value. |
| Restores a deleted FASTA index and returns it to the FASTA Indexes table. |
| Lists a new FASTA index in the FASTA Indexes view on the Administration page. |
| Opens the FASTA Indexes Options dialog box, where you can specify the maximum number and location of the stored FASTA indexes. |
Field Chooser | Opens the Field Chooser dialog box, where you can select the columns to display in the FASTA Indexes view. |
Auto Remove | Specifies whether the available FASTA indexes are removed from memory after the number of indexes reaches the specified maximum value. |
Indexed FASTA File | Displays the name of the FASTA database. |
Enzyme | Specifies the name of the enzyme used to cleave the protein. |
Index Size [kB] | Displays the size of the FASTA database index, in kilobytes. |
Last Access Time | Displays the last time that the FASTA index was used. For example, it displays the last time that a Sequest HT search used the FASTA index. |
Name | Displays the settings for the database. |
