There are many options in reprocessing an existing analysis. You can do the following:

  • Change the input files or the workflow used to process the raw data files, and then reprocess the existing results.
  • Use a new consensus workflow to reprocess results associated with one or more result files.
  • Select multiple analysis results at once to reuse for a new consensus from existing analysis results, using the reprocess option.

NOTE

A highlighted node in the workflow indicates that the node is new or has changed since the last search. You must run the search to update results, but only the changed parts of the search are rerun. (Some nodes do not become highlighted when changed.)
