The Proteome Discoverer application can open the FreeStyle application when it is installed on the same computer as the Proteome Discoverer application. The FreeStyle application is used to visualize and qualitatively analyze mass spectrometry data. You can filter the results in a variety of ways, for example, to produce a selected ion chromatogram.
