Procedure

1. Select the Proteins page in the result file.
2. Select the Display Filter .
3. The Display Filter pane opens.
3. In the Display Filter pane, do the following:
1. Select Add Property, and then select Description.
2. Keep the red box selection Contains.
3. Enter Escherichia in the text box.
4. Select Apply at the top of the Display Filters pane.
6. All of the Description entries contain Escherichia, which indicates that these are E. coli proteins.
4. Scroll the Proteins table to the right until the Abundance Ratios column is visible.
