Procedure

1. Select the Proteins table in the result file.
2. Select the Display Filter .
3. The Display Filter pane opens.
3. In the Display Filter pane, do the following:
1. Select Add property and then select Abundances.
2. In the pink box to the right of the property, select has any value.
3. In the second pink box, select in every sample.
5. The filtered results show 8892 out of 9720 protein groups were quantified in every sample or 90% of proteins.
