Procedure

1. Select Administration > Maintain Quantification Methods.
2. In the Quantification Methods view toolbar, select Add to create a new quantification method.
3. In the Create New Quantification Method dialog box, do the following:
1. From Factory Defaults dropdown list, select TMT 10plex.
2. Select Create.

4. In the Quantification Method Editor dialog box, enter the correction factors.
5. Select OK.
6. For Save as New Method, enter TMT 10plex phosphopeptide.
7. Select Save.
