This section shows how to access and filter the results of the analysis.


Periodically, the FASTA files provided by the Annotation Server or UniProt are updated. The minor changes in an updated file cause minor changes in the results. The changes are not important in this context. Your results will be nearly identical.


  1. Access the results by using one of the following methods:
  2. Select the Analysis Results tab in the study, and then do one of the following:
  3. Double-click the row with the result ID 1.
  4. Highlight the row, and select Open Result to open the result file in a separate tab.
  5. Open the Job Queue by selecting Administration > Show Job Queue, and then do one of the following:
  6. Double-click the row in the Job Queue for the Consensus workflow that just finished.
  7. Highlight the row, and select Open Result to open the results in a separate tab.
  8. In Windows Explorer, find the study folder, and open the result file.
  9. Change the layout:
  10. Select the Layout Selector icon.
  11. In the Active Layout dropdown menu, select Quantification.
  12. The Proteins page updates.
  13. Select the Layout Selector icon again to clear the Layout Selector from the window.
  14. Filter the results by adjusted p-value:
  15. Open the Display Filter pane by selecting the Display Filter icon.
  16. Add a filter by selecting the Add Property Box and selecting Abundance Ratio Adj. P-value.
  17. In the second dropdown condition list, select Is less than or equal to.
  18. In the adjacent value box, enter 0.01.
  19. Select the green input file list on the far right, and select Met6/Parental.
