Procedure

1. Select Administration > Maintain Quantification Methods.
2. In the Quantification Methods view toolbar, select Add to create a new quantification method.
3. In the Create New Quantification Method dialog box, do the following:
1. Select the From Factory Defaults option, and then select TMT 11plex from the dropdown menu.
2. Select Create.

4. Using the following image, enter the correction factors.

5. TIP

   In the Quantification Method Editor dialog box, you can move the cursor to the next cell in a row by pressing the Tab key. At the end of a row, the cursor automatically goes to the following row.

5. Select OK.
6. For Save as New Method, enter TMT 11plex SG253828.

7. TIP

   Include the lot number in the method name. You can get this number from the TMT certificate of analysis.

7. Select Save.
8. The new method appears in the Quantification Methods view.
8. Continue with Create the study.
