This guide explains how to install the ProSight Native software, how to perform basic operations with data files, and how to set up, run, and execute workflows in Proteinaceous’ ProSight Native software.

ProSight Native currently supports Thermo Fisher .raw files and Bruker .tsf, .tdf, and .baf files natively. Data from other vendors can be used by converting files to the mzML format or by importing .txt or .csv files.
