ProSight Native is a software platform designed for analyzing mass spectrometry data from native and denaturing conditions on intact proteins and protein complexes. The software can handle diverse applications, including data from intact mass analysis, native top-down mass spectrometry, and complex-down mass spectrometry.

This user guide will help you get familiar with the software and walk you through how to analyze data using different workflows. More workflows will be added in the future as we continue to improve and expand the software.

ProSight Native's user interface is designed to be intuitive and easy to use. Thus, while this user guide will help you start your analysis, it does not explain every aspect of the software. For example, it does not define all terminology or describe all buttons. Almost all buttons in the software come with labels.
