The 3D Structure Viewing workflow

The 3D Structure Viewing workflow is designed to view data mapped onto 3D structures.

The 3D Structure Viewing contains only the Structure Viewing tab.

Create a 3D Structure Viewing workflow

Procedure

  1. From the Home screen, select the 3D Structure Viewing workflow.
  2. Select Add Proteoform Result, navigate to the folder containing the desired file, and select Open.
  3. Select Load Structures.
    The selected structures display.
  4. Review the structures in the Structures table.
  5. Change the Color Mapping and Structure Representation Style if needed.
  6. Click-and-drag the structure to rotate it, or select the Spin button.
  7. Select Expand in the Structure Chains to view the structure.
  8. To export the results as a spreadsheet, select Export under the Structures table, navigate to the desired folder, name the file, and select Save.
  9. To export the results as an image, select Export next to the displayed structure.
    The image saves automatically.
