Import Protein Fasta

Opens a dialog box where you can browse and select a FASTA file to add a protein sequence to the Theoretical Protein/Peptide Manager.

Export

Exports all or selected results in the Theoretical Protein/Peptide Manager Results table as an Excel (.xlsx) file (As Displayed option) or BioPharma Finder (.bpf) file (Chromeleon option).

Save Results As

Saves all theoretical component results in the Theoretical Protein/Peptide Manager Results table as an .msqc file, which can be opened in the BioPharma Finder application for further use.

Save As a Peptide Workbook

Saves all or selected component results in the Theoretical Protein/Peptide Manager Results table to a workbook file (.wbpf).

Load Results

Opens a dialog box where you can browse and select .msqc files to view/edit in the Theoretical Protein/Peptide Manager.
