You can specify which components to include in the MS area calculation on the Host Cell Protein Quantitation page. This selection affects the values in the Average MS Area columns of the Host Cell Protein Quantitation Results table and the results in the Host Cell Protein Relative Quantitation plot.

Prerequisites

  1. You have loaded the experiment results are viewing the Host Cell Protein Quantitation page under the Mapping tab.

Procedure

  1. On the Host Cell Protein Quantitation page, in the Components table, select or clear the checkboxes in the component rows to specify the components to include the MS area calculations.
  2. To select or deselect all of the component rows, select or clear the checkbox in the table header row.
  3. Select Recalculate MS Area.
  4. The application recalculates the MS area value using the selected components.
  5. It updates the average MS area values in the Customize Average MS Area raw_data_file_name column for each raw data file in the Host Cell Protein Quantitation Results table and in the Host Cell Protein Relative Quantitation plot.
  6. Select Save in the command bar.
