On the Host Cell Quantitation Results page, the Host Cell Quantitation Results table displays information about the HCP contaminants detected in your experiment.
Prerequisites
- You have loaded the experiment results are viewing the Host Cell Protein Quantitation page under the Mapping tab.
Procedure
- On the Host Cell Protein Quantitation page, select a single HCP row in the Host Cell Quantitation Results table.
- The Host Cell Quantitation Results table lists each HCP detected in the experiment and displays its description, mass, confidence score, and the average MS area for each condition (raw data file) in the experiment. See Host Cell Protein Quantitation Results table parameters.
Figure Host Cell Protein Quantitation Results table - Below the Host Cell Quantitation Results table, the Components table updates and displays the components associated with the selected HCP in bolded blue. See View the Host Cell Protein Quantitation Components table.
- (Optional) On the right side of the page, expand any of the following tabs:
- Chromatogram
- Peptide Match ID Details
- Trend Ratio (visible only for experiments with multiple raw data files)
- Trend MS Area (visible only for experiments with multiple raw data files)
- Peptide Sequence Coverage
- Protein Sequence
- Full Scan Spectra
- MS2 Spectra
- HCP Proteins
- These panes display information from the Process and Review page for the HCP currently selected in the Host Cell Protein Quantitation Results table.
- Select the checkbox for one or more HCP rows in the Host Cell Quantitation Results table.
- On the right side of the page, the Host Cell Protein Relative Quantitation plot updates and displays the average MS area values for the selected HCPs. See View the Host Cell Protein Relative Quantitation plot.
- You can export the information in the Modification Results table as an Excel worksheet (.xlsx). See Export the Host Cell Protein Quantitation Results table data.
