Right-clicking the Modification Results table on the Modification Summary page opens a shortcut menu with the commands listed in the following table.

Set Summary Options | Opens the Summary Options dialog box so that you can set new values for the Peptide Intensity (%), Charge State Minimum Intensity (%), and Minimum Modification Level (%) columns in the upper section of the Modification Results table. |
Export All Modifications to Excel | Exports data for all results in the Modification Results table to an Excel workbook (.xlsx). |
Export Checked Modifications to Excel | Exports data for only the selected results in the Modification Results table to an Excel workbook (.xlsx). |
Add to Report | (Ardia Platform mode only) Sources all or selected results for the report. |
