On the Host Cell Quantitation Results page, the Host Cell Protein Relative Quantitation plot displays the average MS area values for the HCPs selected in the Host Cell Protein Quantitation Results table.
Prerequisites
- You have loaded the experiment results are viewing the Host Cell Protein Quantitation page under the Mapping tab.
Procedure
- On the Host Cell Protein Quantitation page, select the checkbox for one or more HCP rows in the Host Cell Quantitation Results table.
Figure Host Cell Protein Relative Quantitation plot - On the right side of the page Host Cell Protein Relative Quantitation plot displays the default average MS area values for the HCPs selected in the Host Cell Protein Quantitation Results table, grouped by the conditions and corresponding raw data files loaded for the experiment. These values are from the Average MS Area raw_data_ file_name columns in the table.
- The Host Cell Protein Relative Quantitation plot displays each HCP in a different color. When you hover your cursor over a particular bar, the name of the corresponding HCP appears.
- (Optional) If you recalculated average MS area values, you can view the custom average MS area values in the plot by selecting the Custom option in the title bar of the pane.
- The plot now uses the values from the Customize Average MS Area raw_data_ file_name columns in the table.
- If a selected row does not have a value in this column, the Custom option is inactive.
- To return to the default average MS areas for the selected rows, select the Default option in the title bar of the pane.
