On the Host Cell Quantitation Results page, the Components table displays the components related to a particular HCP that you select in the Host Cell Protein Quantitation Results table.

Prerequisites

  1. You have loaded the experiment results are viewing the Host Cell Protein Quantitation page under the Mapping tab.

Procedure

  1. On the Host Cell Protein Quantitation page, select the row for an HCP in the Host Cell Quantitation Results table.
  2. Below the Host Cell Quantitation Results table, the Components table displays the components associated with the HCP currently selected in the Modification Results table. These components are displayed in bolded blue text and their corresponding checkboxes are automatically selected.
  3. Below the selected components, the application lists the remaining components not involved in the selected modification in plain black text.
  4. The information in the Components table is similar to the information in the Results table on the Process and Review page, but is filtered to show only the components associated with the HCP selected in the Host Cell Protein Quantitation Results table.   6. In the Components table, you can select the components used in the MS area calculation to update the Average MS Area columns in the Host Cell Protein Quantitation Results table. See Change the MS area calculation.
  7. You can export the information in the Components table as an Excel worksheet (.xlsx) or save the data to a peptide workbook. See Export the Components table data.
