The following tables list the accepted values between the Quadrupole and Ion Trap isolation modes.

The validation rules applied for tSIM and tMS2 scans now considers the entire m/z range to be isolated. This range is a combination of the target m/z (center mass) and the isolation window. To pass validation, the software considers the isolation range, center mass, last mass, and first mass. Each of these parameters is considered in series.
