You can use a favorites list to add or remove parameters from being displayed in the scan properties pane. By default, the Method Editor displays a list of preset favorite parameters. To view the complete list or to modify the preset selections, use the following procedure.

The following figure shows an example of the properties pane with the "Show All" option selected.

Procedure

  1. In the properties pane title bar, select Show All.
  2. The selection changes to Show Favorites and all parameters for the scan type appear.
  3. To add or remove a favorite, select the star adjacent to the appropriate parameter.
  4. A blue star indicates that the parameter is selected and a gray star indicates that the parameter is deselected.
  5. To view the modified list of favorites, select Show Favorites.

NOTE

The favorites list is not available for filters, triggers, and alternate precursor sorts. By default, all parameters are shown in the properties pane.
