Use the Sort by Intensity filter to set the sorting order of the precursor ions using their intensity values.

NOTE

To use the "Sort by Intensity" and "Sort by Charge" filters in the same scan branch, you must add the "Sort by Charge" filter first.

 

The following table describes the parameters in the Sort by Intensity Properties pane.

Select from the following options:

  • Most Intense: Sorts the precursor ions from highest to lowest.
  • Least Intense: Sorts the precursor ions from lowest to highest.
