Before launching the Chromeleon CDS software or the BioPharma Finder software with Ardia Platform connectivity, you must complete the Ardia Platform registration. You can register with the Ardia Platform in either the Chromeleon CDS software or the BioPharma Finder software.

Prerequisites

  1. Chromeleon CDS software, BioPharma Finder software, or both are installed on your computer.
  2. Collect your Ardia Platform registration information (server URL and activation code) from your administrator before starting.

Procedure

  1. Start the Chromeleon CDS software or the BioPharma Finder software in local mode (disconnected from the Ardia Platform).

  2. NOTE

    If you use BioPharma Finder software to register with the Ardia Platform, ensure that you do not have any submitted jobs in the run queue or any unsaved changes for any of the experiment types in local mode before starting BioPharma Finder software in Ardia Platform mode. If you have submitted jobs in the run queue for any of the experiment types in local mode, complete these experiments before registering with the Ardia Platform. Any unsaved changes are lost when you proceed with the Ardia Platform registration.

  3. From the application home page, select Help > Ardia Platform Management > Register with the Ardia Platform.
  4. In the Ardia Platform registration dialog box, enter your server URL and activation code and then select Continue.
  5. After successful registration, select Restart in the dialog box to launch the application in Ardia Platform mode.
  6. Upon launching, the application prompts you to sign in to your Ardia Platform account.
