A peptide workbook (.wbpf file) contains both a list of the peptides that are selected from the Results table of a peptide mapping analysis experiment and the processing method parameters used to obtain those results. A peptide workbook can contain data from multiple different experiments. For more information about the file format, refer to the BioPharma Finder Software User Guide.
After viewing your peptide mapping results on the Process and Review page, you can select specific PQAs in the Results table to save as a peptide workbook and import into Chromeleon CDS software.
