On the Intact Mass Analysis page, select the Enable Export for External Reporting checkbox to automatically create an intact report workbook (ZIP file) for each batch experiment on the local PC.
IMPORTANT
An intact report workbook is distinct from an intact workbook.
Intact report workbooks are ZIP files that are automatically created in local mode only. Intact report workbooks are described in this section of the Help.
Intact workbooks contain selected components and associated processing parameters in a Chromeleon-compatible file. For more information on intact workbooks, refer to Create an intact workbook.
The intact report workbook contains the following experiment data (if applicable) in a structured format (SVG, JSON) for export:
Item | File type | File name |
|---|---|---|
Base peak chromatogram (BPC) | SVG |
|
Total ion chromatogram (TIC) | SVG |
|
Deconvoluted spectrum | SVG |
|
Components table | JSON |
|
Data Analysis Summary table | JSON |

Raw Experiment Summary table | JSON |

NOTE
Automatic intact report workbook creation is available for experiments processed in local mode only.
NOTE
Automatic intact report workbook creation is available for experiments processed automatically using the run queue. This feature is not available for experiments processed manually.
For more information, refer to Processing modes: Automatic or Manual.
Intact report workbooks are named using the following convention: experiment name.timestamp.intact-resultsbpf.automated.intact-reportwbpf .
TIP
The default export location for the intact workbook folder is C:\Xcalibur\data\exports.
You can change the default export location by specifying the External Reporting Output location in the Intact Mass Analysis Settings window.
In the processing method editing wizard, you can define sequence-specific and component-based export filters for an intact report workbook on the Export Filter subpage.
