NOTE

The Export Filter subpage of the processing method editing wizard is only available when running BioPharma Finder in local mode.

The automatic intact report workbook generation feature is not available whenconnected to the Ardia Platform.

The Export Filter subpage of the processing method editing wizard displays the sequence-specific and component-based filtering parameters you can apply to an intact report workbook.

NOTE

The Export Filter subpage of the processing method editing wizard is active even if you do not select the Enable Export for External Reporting checkbox on the Intact Mass Analysis page.

However, to automatically create an intact report workbook, you must select the Enable Export for External Reporting checkbox.
