Prerequisites

  1. You have loaded experiment results from the Ardia Platform data repository.
  2. You are viewing the Design page on the Report tab.

Procedure

  1. On the Design page, under the Insert tab, select Sequence Coverage Map.
  2. The Select Raw File window opens.
  3. In the Select Raw File window, select the raw data file you want to source for the sequence coverage map from the dropdown list.
  4. Below, select the Coverage Map Type: Default or User Defined and then select OK.
  5. The sequence coverage map is inserted in the report.
  6. TIP

    For more information on displaying user-defined sequence components on the Sequence Coverage Map, refer to Select Sequence Coverage Map components.

  7. IMPORTANT

    If a "No data available..." message is displayed on the report sheet, manually source the sequence coverage map.

  8. If necessary, source the information for the sequence coverage map as follows:
  9. In the BioPharma Finder navigation bar, select the Mapping tab.
  10. On the Mapping page, in the Sequence Coverage Map pane, select the Add to Report button at the top left of the pane.

  12. The application displays the Adding to Report Progress bar while the information is sent to the report.
  13. When the results have been loaded to the report, select the Report tab and then select the Refresh Data button at the top right of the page.
  14. The application updates the sequence coverage map with the sourced experiment results.
