Prerequisites

  1. You have loaded experiment results from the Ardia Platform data repository.
  2. You are viewing the Design page on the Report tab.

Procedure

  1. On the Design page, under the Insert tab, select Report Plot.
  2. The Insert Report Plot window opens, displaying all the plots available to add to the report.
  3. Insert > Report Plot (for Peptide Mapping Analysis) options
Figure Insert > Report Plot (for Peptide Mapping Analysis) options
  4. In the Insert Report Plot menu, select the table you want to insert.
  5. The selected plot (blank) is added to the current report sheet.
  6. IMPORTANT

Before you manually source the information for the report elements, some elements might appear blank and/or a "No data available..." message might be displayed on the report sheet.

  7. Next, source the appropriate information for the plot as follows:
  8. In the BioPharma Finder navigation bar, navigate to the page that contains the plot you added to the report.
  9. Right-click anywhere in the pane containing the plot and select Add to Report from the shortcut menu.
  10. The application displays the Adding to Report Progress bar while the information is sent to the report.
  11. IMPORTANT

The plots available to add to the report depend on the plots currently displayed in the panes of the Process and Review/Mapping pages. Adjust which plots are currently displayed in order to successfully source the plots for the report.

For example, in order to source a base peak chromatogram (BPC) for a report, ensure that the BPC option is displayed in the Chromatogram pane of the Process and Review page. To change which type of chromatogram is currently displayed, right-click anywhere in the chromatogram pane and select Select Chromatogram from the shortcut menu.
