The following table describes the information in the Results table on the Workbook Editor page for an intact workbook.

NOTE

The information included in the Results table in an intact workbook varies depending on the selected deconvolution algorithm (ReSpect or Xtract), deconvolution method (average over selected retention time, automatic peak detection, or sliding windows) and other processing method parameters.

Workbook Editor Results table information

Column

Description

Component level

Select to show or hide the lower level of raw file information related to the current component row.

Row number (bolded)

The number assigned to each visible workbook row in the table. This sequential numbering does not change when you sort or filter the table.

(Checkbox)

Select this checkbox to export a workbook entry.

To select or clear all of the checkboxes at once, select or clear the checkbox in the column header.

If you filter the table, the following occurs:

  • Clearing all checkboxes affects all of the original rows in the table, before any filtering.
  • Selecting all checkboxes affects only the filtered and currently visible rows.

Level

Indicates that the row is displaying component information (top level).

Raw file level

Select to show or hide the lower level of raw file information related to the current component row.

Row number (bolded)

The number assigned to each visible workbook row in the table. This sequential numbering does not change when you sort or filter the table.

Level

Indicates that the row is displaying raw file information (middle level).

Raw File Name

Displays the name of the raw data file.

Condition

Displays the condition assigned to the raw data file (if any).

Charge state level

The number assigned to each visible charge state row in the table. This sequential numbering does not change when you sort or filter the table.

Level

Indicates that the row is displaying charge state information (lower level).

Charge State

Displays the charge state for the component.
