The following table describes the information in the Workbook Manager table.
Column | Description |

Row number (bolded) | The number assigned to each workbook row in the table. This sequential numbering does not change when you sort or filter the table. |
(Checkbox) | Select the checkbox for a workbook row to select it. |
Name | Displays the name of the workbook. |
Category | (Target peptide workbooks only) Displays the category of the protein sequence used to generate the results saved to the workbook. |
Creation Date and Time | Displays the date and time when you created the workbook. |
Last Modified Time | Displays the date and time when you last modified the workbook. |
Number of Entities | Displays the number component masses saved to the workbook. |
Number of Groups | (Target peptide workbooks only) Displays the number of Relative Quantitation Groups in the workbook. |
Deconvolution Algorithm | (Intact workbooks only) Displays the deconvolution algorithm used to generate the results saved to the workbook. |
Source Spectrum Method | (Intact workbooks only) Displays the method used to generate the source spectrum for the results saved to the workbook. |
Associated Experiment | (Intact workbooks only) Displays the name of the experiment that generated the results saved to the workbook. |
Associated Processing Method | (Intact workbooks only) Displays the name of the processing method used to generate the results saved to the workbook. |
Associated Sequences | (Intact workbooks only) Displays the name of the sequences used to generate the results saved to the workbook. |
Description | Displays the description you entered (if applicable) when you saved the workbook. |
