An intact workbook contains saved data that can be shared with the Chromeleon chromatography data system. You can save selected experiment results and the associated processing parameters to an intact workbook.

IMPORTANT

An intact workbook is distinct from an intact report workbook.

Intact workbooks contain selected components and associated processing parameters in a Chromeleon-compatible file. Intact workbooks are described in this section of the Help.

Intact report workbooks are ZIP files that are automatically created in local mode only. For more information on intact report workbooks, refer to Automatic intact report workbook creation.

IMPORTANT

You can save results to an intact workbook for experiments using Average over Selected Retention Time and Sliding Windows source spectra methods.

Results from experiments using Auto Peak Detection cannot be saved to an intact workbook.

NOTE

Unlike target peptide and oligo workbooks, you cannot change workbook parameters in the Intact Workbook Editor.
