A target peptide workbook contains saved data that can be shared with the Chromeleon chromatography data system. You can save selected experiment results or generate and save theoretical components to a target peptide workbook.
IMPORTANT
You can save a maximum of 250 components to a target peptide or oligo workbook.
Peptide workbooks assign a special editable grouping parameter (Relative Quantitation Group Number) to each component to aid in identifying and comparing similar components in the experiment.
In the Peptide Workbook Editor, you can change the charge state and m/z ranges, as well as the number of isotopes displayed and update the results as needed.
