Import Sequence

Imports multiple oligonucleotide sequences simultaneously from a specially-formatted .csv file.

Export

Exports the currently open oligo workbook as an Excel (.xslx) or workbook (.wbpf) file.

Save

Saves the oligo workbook to the Workbook Manager.

Close

Closes the Oligonucleotide Calculator and Workbook Editor.

Results table

Delete All

Deletes all components in the Results table.

Delete Checked

Deletes the selected components in the Results table

Simulated and Predicted MS2 Spectra panes

Reset Scale

Restores the original scale to the pane.

Copy

Copies the image viewable in the pane, including labeling and shading.
